RETURN POLICIES
We do not do exchanges.
If you would like to return an item, click the “email us” link to submit a support request. Be sure to include your order number, what item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Your return will be processed upon its arrival to Mentors in Motion. Please feel free to contact us with your order number to know the status of your return.
All items must be returned within 14 days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders. Returns must be in a resalable condition (unworn, unscratched or destroyed). All sales are final for CDs, DVDs, vinyl and all other shrink-wrapped items unless otherwise noted.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you've received:

An incorrect size or item
-
An order with a missing item
-
A damaged item
-
The incorrect order altogether
Click the “contact us” link to submit a support request. Be sure to include your order number and which item(s) are incorrect or damaged. Please also indicate what color is noted on the top right hand side of your packing slip.
We will send a replacement immediately with a return label so you can send us back the incorrect (or damaged) item without any additional shipping costs.
GENERAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated by weight and where you are located. During the checkout process you will be able to see the exact cost of shipment. Our shipping charges will be displayed before you are asked to enter any payment information.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Shipping - USPS First Class or Priority Mail which takes between 2-7 days to arrive.
Media Mail - Cost effective way to ship vinyl, CDs and DVDs which takes between 2-8 days to arrive.
